You will have two standard delivery options when placing an Order either Online, through the Call Centre or on a paper Order Form:
ECONOMY EXPRESS $8.00*
The Economy Express service is for Orders that can be delivered without a signature. When purchased through the Call Centre, the shipping charge is $14.00*.
SIGNATURE EXPRESS - $14.00*
The Signature Express service is for a non-secure address and a signature is required upon delivery.

Please ensure that when ordering Online, through the Call Centre, or on an Order Form that you include Shipping Instructions with every Order. For addresses where it is unsafe to leave the parcel at your doorstep, please ensure that you choose the Signature Express delivery option when placing your Order.
Subscription customers please note that your order will automatically default to the Economy Express Option. You can make changes to your shipping instructions (e.g. leave at front door) online at www.nuskin.com.au or through the Call Centre at 1300 687 546. If this is not suitable to your circumstances (e.g you live in an apartment block and you DO require a signature upon delivery), please ensure that you make these changes to your Subscription Order.
A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your Order has been shipped. This will allow you to track your Order and follow its progress. Please contact our Customer Service Department on 1300 687 546 or by email at ausadp@nuskin.com if your parcel has not been received within 5 working days.
